In relation to Value Added Tax, as a general rule the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable.

The prices displayed at www.mtr-2.com may be reviewed and modified if the conditions require it at any time.

Payment Methods

All purchases can be paid by:

  • Cash on delivery

With this form of payment, the total amount of the order will be paid when the delivery is made. This form of payment has certain territorial restrictions and implies an increase in the total amount of your order of 5% with a minimum of 3 € + VAT (Service only available for Spain in shipments by the GLS agency, not including islands).

  • Deposit/Bank transfer

It is the most economical way. Our data to make the deposit or transfer will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

  • Bizum.

Warranty

MTR-2 customers benefit from a 2-year warranty on items.

Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.

Losses in the functionality of the items, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

Legislation and jurisdiction (Spain only)

These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been provided for therein. (Basically Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information services and electronic commerce).

Shipping & Returns

Shipping methods and delivery times

www.mtr-2.com will deliver orders in peninsula Spain, the delivery time is 24/72 business hours from the date of receipt of the order. In other cases such as islands, the approximate shipping time will be detailed. Shipments to the rest of Europe, the approximate shipping time will be detailed.

Orders will be sent directly from www.mtr-2.com through its logistics operators.

The calculation of shipping costs will be detailed in the final proforma invoice that will be sent to you, once you send your order online.

In the event that there is no person responsible for receiving the package at the indicated delivery address, a notice will be left with a telephone number that you must call to confirm at what time the merchandise can be delivered. The transport agency will keep your package in its warehouses approximately 5 days before proceeding to return it to our facilities.

From the moment we have your notification We will take the necessary steps to find out why you have not received it in the agreed time.

Transport guarantee: All our shipments travel covered by an insurance of 100% of the value of the merchandise. Remember that you have 24 hours to make a claim if your order has suffered damage caused by transport. If the box presents blows, you must record it with the carrier. Returns

If you find a defective product in the received order, you should contact info@mtr-2.com or call 0034 645244919.

You can return the merchandise to us as long as you communicate your intention within 14 days after receiving the order and as long as you keep your packaging in optimal condition. To do this you must contact us at info@mtr-2.com , call 0034 645244919 or you can also use our contact section.

Provided that the return responds to product defects, MTR-2 assumes the shipping costs incurred for the return. You can replace it for the same item.

If the reasons for return are unrelated to MTR-2, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still want to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition, to the address that we detail . The expenses incurred for the return will NOT be borne by www.mtr-2.com.

0
