Dani Castellanos has made a splash in 2025, retaining his title as Spanish DHI Downhill Champion in La Molina (Girona), just a week after shining at the DH World Championship in Pal Arinsal (Andorra).
Castellanos was crowned champion, demonstrating his dominance on the national circuit. On a technical and demanding course, the Spanish rider was unstoppable, setting the fastest time in the final and beating his rivals by a considerable margin.
“It's an incredible feeling. Coming off a tough weekend in Andorra and then winning gold at home in La Molina means a lot to me. The race was tough, but I'm so grateful for all the support I've received from my team and my fans.”, comentó un emocionado Castellanos tras su victoria.
His victory at La Molina marks a new milestone in his career and consolidates his position as one of the most promising emerging figures in downhill worldwide.
